Community-directed campaign portfolio

Start with three projects. Let public interest reshape what comes next.

KC selected the initial slate. All three begin at equal priority under founder discretion, are intended as video series on The Party Party channel, and receive an August-traction review on September 1, 2026.

Asynchronous community proposals

Participate when it works for you

Browse readable proposal cards here, then use participant-bound buttons in Discord to submit, support, revise, or withdraw. You never need a database ID or a scheduled meeting. Campaign Core evaluates due windows automatically and publishes the status.

Initial founder slate

Three projects pursued concurrently

Equal initial priority does not promise identical time or spending. KC can adjust day-to-day execution while reporting progress and results. Each safeguard remains in force unless the applicable accountable process changes it prospectively.

Project 1 · Active founder project

Convince a Bartender

Visit Wisconsin bars and try to persuade a bartender and patrons to vote for KC Streich over the course of at least one beer.

Boundaries from the start

  • Adults only, voluntary participation, and venue permission.
  • No drink, gift, or benefit is offered in exchange for a vote or endorsement.
  • Recording, publication, transportation, and alcohol-related safety remain separately controlled.

Project 2 · Active founder project

Trading Up

Begin with a donated object and trade upward toward data-center capacity that can support Wisconsin AI.

Boundaries from the start

  • A starting object must be offered before the first trade.
  • A proposal or support threshold never accepts property, incurs an expense, or authorizes a trade.
  • Every donation, custody change, valuation, and eventual infrastructure commitment keeps its separate compliance review.

Project 3 · Active founder project

Influencer Endorsements

Create custom videos for successive influencer levels—1K, 2K, 5K, 10K, 20K, 50K, 100K, 500K, and beyond—to seek endorsements of the AI governor campaign.

Boundaries from the start

  • A project plan does not authorize contact, publication, a promised endorsement, or a paid placement.
  • Published claims must distinguish a requested endorsement from one actually given.
  • Each outreach or media act remains subject to its applicable review and channel controls.

Versioned dynamic rule

Popular proposals earn required review—not automatic power

Weekly, each participation tier is evaluated separately against the exact formula max(3, ceil(10% × preceding 28-day active population)). Only current, explicit support counts. Support from different tiers is never added together to cross the line.

20 active people

Threshold: 3 supports

31 active people

Threshold: 4 supports

100 active people

Threshold: 10 supports

Crossing the threshold produces required accountable review and the next portfolio decision. It does not spend money, activate a project, promise candidate action, publish other material, contact anyone, accept property, or assign work. Rule changes are versioned and apply prospectively so the threshold cannot be rewritten after support arrives.

Cards and buttons, with commands as a fallback

In Discord, open the portfolio to get proposal cards with Support, Withdraw support, and View and share buttons. The proposal action opens a labeled form and an exact-text confirmation. Your private activity view keeps receipts and correction, withdrawal, and deletion controls together.

Open the participant controls

Slash commands remain available as an accessibility and technical fallback, but internal proposal and support IDs are not participant inputs.

Current participation meaning

Until Know Your Neighbor qualification is active for this path, proposal activity is labeled open-public, self-asserted. It is not verified Wisconsin participation, an official election vote, or a statistically representative poll.

A public proposal requires a participant-bound confirmation showing the complete text, anonymous public visibility, and nonbinding effect. Ordinary Discord conversation is never converted into a proposal or support statement.

How this relates to other participation

Community campaign projects are a faster, narrower test of public direction. Policy determinations, legal election tallies, and impact-scoped governance remain distinct. Generic campaign-only contributions still use the receipted workflow described on the participation page.
