What you agree to as a KYN campaign member
Version 2.0.0
By creating a pseudonymous KYN membership, you explicitly agree that KYN may:
- store your device public key and a pseudonymous subject;
- record this exact notice and the purposes you select;
- store a one-way recovery commitment if you set up recovery;
- issue a short-lived presentation for an eligible AI for Wisconsin member poll after your device proves control of its key; and
- retain public-safe receipts and the audit, recovery, correction, withdrawal, and deletion lineage required by the active policy.
Joining is not a vote. Opening a poll page is not a vote. A ballot is accepted only after you explicitly choose Support, Oppose, or Abstain and receive a private receipt.
KYN does not receive your ballot choice. AI for Wisconsin and its ballot store do not receive your KYN subject or device key. The first release enforces one current ballot per KYN subject, not verified one-natural-person uniqueness. Results are campaign-member results and are not representative Wisconsin polls, voter-registration records, residency findings, official elections, or statutory credentials.
You may replace a ballot until close, inspect a private receipt, withdraw consent, and request export, correction, or deletion. Recovery of an existing subject may require accountable review. Sensitive identity evidence is not part of this release.
